OUR FAVOURITES

The Barford Inn

The Barford Inn is a short 2 minute walk from Glebe House and it is an absolute gem in the village. It provides traditional pub grub and a cosy atmosphere.

The Barford Inn is an English Village pub, which has kept its original charm and character, where history is being told from every corner. Located in the heart of Wiltshire, between Salisbury and Shaftesbury, in the picturesque village of Barford St. Martin, the Barford Inn is a sixteenth century Coaching Inn.

You can enjoy a drink or something to eat in our large green beer garden, peacefully located away from the main road.

Nole Pizza, Wilton

Nole Pizza is a 5 minute drive from Glebe House and honestly one of my favourite places to go with friends. The pizza is some of the best I've had and the cocktails are on point. You can sit in their stretch tent so if visiting in winter make sure you take your coat!

We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe which makes the dough chewy and the crusts the best part. This aside, we try not to look at ourselves as an Italian pizza joint, and instead like to use the abundance of wonderful produce we’re surrounded by. We also like to get creative so don’t expect your traditional pizza toppings, though our no.1, mozzarella and basil, is always there for those of you who prefer things classic.

Please note that we don't take reservations for our terrace or under our stretch tent for groups of less than 8, but you are more than welcome to book a table inside at our bar or in our pub restaurant if you’d rather.
